In October 2023, I served as the Creative Director for TikTok's Black History Month Trailblazer event in collaboration with the creative production agency Forever Kind hosted at Jumbi in Peckham.

As the creative director, I aimed to create a tribute to the memories and stories echoing across generations. Commemorating the 75th Windrush anniversary, we dove deep into the essence of Black British living rooms from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. The event was not just a celebration but a journey through time, paying homage to the pioneers who sculpted our community. The ambiance was designed to be elevated yet cozy, making every guest feel, ‘Welcome home.’

It was also of course ... a great party.
